Refund Policy

Every Roll Call card set is personalized and generated on demand, and you can preview every card free of charge (with a watermark) before you pay. That shapes how refunds work.

When we refund in full

We issue a full refund or free re-delivery, your choice, if:

  • You paid but never received your download.
  • The delivered cards are defective: corrupted files, missing cards, or content that differs from the preview you approved.
  • You were charged more than once for the same card set.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase for any of the above.

When refunds are discretionary

Because you review and approve every card before paying, refunds for changed minds or dissatisfaction with content you previewed are at our discretion. Reach out anyway; we would rather make it right than argue.

How to request a refund

Email support@rollcallcards.com from the address you used at checkout, with a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
