Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Roll Call creates personalized party cards from photos and descriptions you provide. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address, collected when you sign in with Google or with an email code.

Card content. The names, descriptions, and photos you upload for each person in your card set.

Payment information. Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your card number; we keep only a record of the transaction (amount, date, and Stripe's payment ID).

Usage data. Basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and steps completed.

How we use your content

We use the photos and descriptions you upload for one purpose: generating your cards. Text descriptions are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write card content, and photos are sent to Google (Gemini) to create styled card artwork. Both providers process this content to fulfill your request under their API terms.

Your content is stored with Supabase (our database and file storage provider) so you can return to your projects and re-download purchased cards.

Photos of other people

Card sets usually include photos of your friends, not just you. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have permission from everyone shown in it, including any consent required by biometric privacy laws where they live, to upload the photo and have it processed by AI to create card artwork.

Do not upload photos of minors. Our image provider declines to process them, and our terms prohibit it.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Roll Call: Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (text generation), Google (image generation), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Retention and deletion

We keep your projects and purchased cards so you can access them later. To delete your account or any uploaded photos and card data, email support@rollcallcards.com and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email support@rollcallcards.com.
